shadowartist's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- THANKS, VILLAGE PHOTOS! Oh, wow... it's really late. Anyways, I finally finished my beautiful layout and it only took me a whole day! ...Yeah. However, thanks to Villagephotos.com, my pic of Elijah has been suspended due to them not telling me that I exceeded the memory limit by .01!!! You'd think that when you're uploading a pic to the site, they'd tell you if there was enough memory or not! So, that little x up in the top-left corner is not a part of the design and will be turned into Elijah's beautiful face around Monday (hopefully). So, I can't really write much for today. I was still pretty "out-of-it" all day from the chemical exposure yesterday. I'm not sure why those got to me the way they did... Because of that, I stayed low and worked on this thing. I did feed the ducks, of course, and found that I can actually pet Carlos. Also, Whispy (the male mallard) gets into my lap if I have bread now! I couldn't believe it... I think I'm becoming the duck lady (is that a good thing?)! We were given a stupid assignment in Health class that is seriously going to take a good hunk out of my life to complete and it's due Monday! We have to go over the entire chapter and write down questions and answers for each section (just to let you know, there are a LOT of sections). Some of them are easy, some of them are impossible and I'm not quite sure on the directions of what to do... My Chemistry teacher is much nicer about this! She couldn't care less how we do it, just that we get it done and turned in on time. I even told my Health teacher this and she merely smiled and said, "Well, you could do it your way... I'll give you partial credit for it." That was enough for me to panic! Not much is planned for tomorrow other than a lot of homework and r&r. I do have those art requests to complete and a 500-or-so paged book that I want to read... Oh decisions, decisions. Geez, I almost forgot! We finally bought a house! It's one that we've had our eyes on for sometime and we're finally going to get it! It's going to be built in a REALLY nice neighborhood and it should be done by the month of May (long time, huh?). Oh well... The only bad thing is that I will no longer get to see my ducks after we move. I really wish I could just take them with me! 12:35 a.m. - 2003-11-09 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
