shadowartist's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Break is Within My Grasp... Well folks, I do believe we students in Southport are thrilled to be starting their... FALL BREAK! Oh man, I love small towns for this very reason. My old school never did stuff like this because we lived in a big city. No one could care less about a fall break... or the students. This school of mine even forced the teachers to not give us homework so we could enjoy our break. Is that not wonderful or is that not wonderful?! Ah, life is just so sweet! Josh was not at school today... So, it was pretty boring all in all. However, I did go to the Podiatrist today to get some news that I was hoping I would never have to hear. It turns out, my feet are not healing like we all would want them to... So, they gave me a second night splint for my left foot (meaning: I now have to sleep with these two huge boots stuck to my feet!) and told me that I am to come back in two weeks to get an injection if my feet aren't any better. I am so scared of those things, it's not even funny. THEN, talk came up about possible surgery if that doesn't work... I hate my feet. They constantly break and because of that I have SO many 'itises and 'osises with my tendons that I'll probably end up with them amputated by the age 30 (Well okay, maybe not that severe)! Oh well, I guess things could be worse. I also got my school picture taken today after coming back to school during third period. That went well... if you like getting your picture taken, that is. I had a weird dream while my computer was rebooting today (I fell asleep while it was rebooting and ended up sleeping for 2 hours!). I dreamt that I was in some cluttered room that had a couple of people in certain places. I couldn't see them because of the mess of junk everywhere, but I could hear them talking... Anyway, I noticed there were a lot of Christmas things around, so I picked up an envelope that had a sheet of custom-made metallic stickers. They were all Christmas themed and had my name and address on them like an address label. Then suddenly, I saw my mom talking to a few people... I couldn't help but notice she looked, sounded, and acted like a teenager. For some reason, I asked her what the stickers were from that were sitting in my hand and she said, "Pick your favorite one. I just ordered them," in a voice very foreign to me. Finally, I woke up. Very strange dream... Wellps, I'm off to work on my website. I have a lot to do before I can put it on here! 6:37 p.m. - 2003-10-22 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
